Digital Planning invests in keeping client relationships at forefront

Digital Planning has appointed a dedicated Account Manager as it invests in ensuring client relationships remain at the forefront during company growth.

Abi Moulds joins the team as Digital Planning strengthens its commitment to exceptional customer service and dynamic project delivery.

Abi brings 18 years of customer service, having most recently spent three years dedicated to account management at Blue Light Card.

Blue Light Card is the UK’s leading discount service for workers in the emergency services, NHS, social care sector, teaching community, and armed forces.

Abi managed key partnerships and advertising for clients, building a reputation for reliability and results.

Client success monitoring

Now in role at Digital Planning, Abi is overseeing client relations, project follow-up, and identifying added value opportunities for clients. 

Acting as a first point of contact, she ensures every client receives transparent communication and tailored solutions. She said:
