Digital Planning has launched a new webpage for its Agentic AI Pilot Fund, offering East Midlands Chamber members up to £5,000 of fully funded support to implement AI automation.
Delivered through Digital Planning’s strategic partnership with the Chamber, the fund is open to East Midlands Chamber businesses and designed to reduce the cost and risk of testing AI in a live business environment.
It’s aimed at owners and leaders in firms turning over £1 million or more with 25+ staff, where repetitive workflows are costing them time and money.
Each pilot will focus on one specific operational challenge, with the aim of delivering a return on investment of at least 10 times the value of the support.
Co-founder James Ferraby said: “Many leaders know they need to act on AI but don’t know where to start.
“This fund gives them a no-risk way to prove it works, on a problem that’s actually costing them money.”
How Digital Planning’s AI fund works
Digital Planning’s team of AI specialists will build a working AI agent trained on each business’s data and workflows, targeting one task at no cost to the pilot organisation.
In return, participants will agree to share results as a case study, helping other businesses see examples of time and money saved.
The initial cohort covers 10 organisations, with Round 1 pilots confirmed by the end of September.
Digital Planning announced the fund at the East Midlands Chamber’s People & Skills Conference, alongside a new AI culture research guide setting out how to stop AI adoption failing at the people and skills stage.
