Track A:
Standard Delivery
For projects with well-defined scope and moderate complexity.
Focus:
Velocity and efficiency.
Structure:
Single-stage delivery (Initiation → Execution).
Governance:
Light-touch but formal. We use a Project Initiation Document (PID) to align on scope, timeline, and risks upfront, allowing the team to move straight into execution without unnecessary administrative overhead.
Best for:
Feature builds, known solutions, and time-critical delivery.
Track B:
The Phased Commitment Model
For complex, novel, or high-risk initiatives.
Focus:
Risk reduction and architectural certainty.
Structure:
A gated, multi-phase approach (Discovery → Detailed Design → Build).
Governance:
We use Stage Gates to control investment. You do not commit to the full budget upfront. Instead, each phase (e.g., Concept Design, Skeleton Build) concludes with a formal review where we present evidence (prototypes, architectural packs) before you approve the next tranche of funding.
Best for:
Digital transformation, legacy system replacement, and complex R&D.

Managing change without losing momentum.
Change is inevitable, but uncontrolled scope creep is not. We follow a formal Change Control Process compliant with ISO 9001 and PRINCE2 standards to ensure deviations are visible, assessed, and authorised.
Every project maintains a live RAID Log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) to track anything that threatens the project baseline.
The Change Advisory Board (CAB) We distinguish between minor adjustments and material changes.
Senior User (Client)
Preparing your infrastructure, pre-assessing your status, and managing the audit process.
Senior Supplier (Digital Planning)
Accountable for the technical integrity and feasibility of the solution.
Project Executive
Holds ultimate accountability for the project’s success and budget.
