Digital Planning to talk manufacturing technology at UK round table

Digital Planning will join industry leaders to discuss technology and AI at a round table hosted by Insider Media.

Directors James Ferraby and Mark Underwood will join leading manufacturers from across the UK for in-depth discussions around issues and opportunities facing the sector.

The session will consider how new technologies and methods of automation continue to reshape modern manufacturing – as well as the clear benefits to those who are taking advantage.

As well as considering how new advancements are driving growth and innovation, panellists will consider the challenges faced by manufacturers and how panel members are utilising these new technologies.

The round table is one of four taking place on the day – with others looking at ESG, skills, and international trade. Conversations will be reported on InsiderMedia.com.

The round tables, staged in partnership with MHA, are held ahead of the Made in the UK Awards, which brings together the brightest manufacturers in the country.

Supporting Midlands manufacturing

Among the finalists is Digital Planning, which won the Digital Technology category of the Made in the Midlands Awards earlier this year.

Digital Planning co-founder, Mark Underwood, said:

“Winning the Made in the Midlands Awards has opened some interesting doors for us and we are very much looking forward to getting involved in these round tables.

“Digital Planning continues to grow at pace, and we are focussed on playing our part in supporting dynamic manufacturers, not just in the East Midlands but across the UK as a whole.”
