Trusted by business.

Digital Planning builds secure, advanced automation and AI solutions which transform organisational productivity.

This pilot fund is delivered by Digital Planning, in partnership with East Midlands Chamber, to accelerate AI adoption among members with the most to gain.

Businesses should invest in AI.

Most businesses with 25+ people are absorbing significant operational overhead. But they aren't questioning why - or doing much about it.

A working AI agent, scoped to your business, with no cost or obligation.

Digital Planning is offering £5,000 of funded agentic AI implementation to 10 East Midlands Chamber members with a real operational problem to solve.

What a £5,000 pilot might achieve.

Client onboarding

Your AI Pilot agent captures details, drafts documents and updates systems automatically - enabling your team to spend more time building relationships.

Output reporting

Your AI Pilot agent connects your data sources and generates accurate management reports on demand - replacing endless manual spreadsheet processing.

Enquiry handling and dispatch

Your AI Pilot agent reads, classifies, and routes incoming enquiries automatically - so your staff focus on resolving issues instead of triaging inboxes.
