Digital Planning office administrator - Louise Malpass

Digital Planning strengthens client-focussed operations

Louise Malpass has joined Digital Planning as Office Administrator as the company continues with the recruitment strategy underpinning its fast growth.

Louise brings 25 years’ experience of supporting senior partners and high net worth clients in the legal sector. Her CV includes eight years as executive assistant in the renewable energy sector.

She will work with Digital Planning’s Executive Coordinator Julie Hopkinson, strengthening the central pillar around which the team operates and enhancing our high-quality client delivery.

By managing schedules, meetings, and travel, Louise frees up specialist teams to spend more time on creative problem-solving and direct client service. These activities drive Digital Planning’s delivery of innovative, impactful results.

Behind the scenes, Louise’s work streamlines operations and maximises the team’s effectiveness, ensuring every day runs smoothly for both the team and clients.

Louise said: “There is a real sense of collaboration and purpose at Digital Planning and I was drawn to the company’s focus on innovation and client service.

“I’m excited to bring my experience, drive, and attention to detail to help the team grow, always putting clients at the core of what we do.”

As the company’s first point of contact, Louise brings open communication that supports Digital Planning’s transparent and collaborative culture. Onboarding clients and new starters ensures a well-prepared, informed team is ready to deliver for clients.

Louise also supports Cyber Essentials Plus client administration, helping customers meet the latest cybersecurity requirements and quickly access expert support for risk management and compliance.

Her appointment comes as Digital Planning continues a wave of new innovations – including launching a new client tracking portal giving clients transparent, real-time progress updates and quick access to project milestones.

Award-winning digital innovation

Digital Planning’s focus on excellence supports its commitment to innovation and quality – all of which has recently been reflected in national and regional award participation.

Most recently, Digital Planning has been shortlisted for the UK-wide Barclays Entrepreneur Awards and won the Made in Midlands Digital Technology category.

Digital Planning co-founder, Mark Underwood, said: “Louise’s experience and commitment reinforces Digital Planning’s values and ambitions as our company continues to grow and deliver for clients. We’re really pleased she has chosen to join us.”
